Prevent Hair Thinning by Using Ayurvedic Herbs

Hibiscus: It is very effective in preventing hair loss and hair thinning. It enhances the growth of hair. It also takes care of split ends which make hair brittle and break easily. You can make a pulp out of Hibiscus and apply it on your scalp and hair, leave it for half an hour and then rinse it well. You can also use it for cleaning your hair. Amla is also known for preventing infection on the scalp. It has a cooling effect that prevents dry scalp and flakes.
Aloe Vera: Dandruff can cause hair thinning. Prevent and treat dandruff by using Aloe Vera gel that stimulates new hair to grow. It acts as anti-fungal and anti-bacterial that prevent scalp infection. Drinking 1/3 cup of Aloe Vera juice daily and taking 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera gel by adding a pinch of cumin seed thrice daily for three months can cure the problem of hair thinning.
Brahmi: This herb vitalizes your hair giving you thick, dark, and lustrous hair. It strengthens the root of the hair and prevents hair loss and thinning. With regular use, it treats and prevents dandruff and premature graying. This herb is also known for its effectiveness in calming the mind and the nervous system. Therefore, it reduces stress and promotes hair growth
Henna: This is one of the most efficient herbs for a healthy glowing thick hair. It acts as a natural hair conditioner. Henna is known for repairing the damage of your hair and protects it from breaking and losing. It also helps to control dandruff.
Neem: It has anti-microbial agent that treats dandruff and itchy scalp. It stimulates hair growth and gives you strong healthy hair.
Bhringaraja: This herb is widely used in Ayurveda to prevent stress, hair loss and premature thinning and graying of hair. It stimulates the growth of the hair. Apply the mixture of this herb and mineral oil on the scalp to have thick dark hair.
Fenugreek: It nourishes the scalp and promotes strong hair growth.
