Aloe Vera is an Ayurvedic plant that belongs to the ‘Lily family’. However, it looks like a cactus plant. There are several types of Aloe Vera plants. The one that is considered to be the most beneficial and have the medicinal healing value is the Aloe Vera barbadenis. The benefits of using this Ayurvedic plant give tremendous results.
Aloe Vera contains the essential vitamins, vitamin B 12, proteins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and polysaccharides. All these nutritious ingredients in Aloe Vera will give you a natural healing treatment.
Aloe Vera can be taken internally as well as used externally.
