About Sangeeta Ayurveda

Sangeeta Ayurveda is a site that is a love of labor for the owner of the site and author of virtually all articles on the site. This is her passion and a large part of her adult life. Her many years of studying, living, and practicing Ayurveda and much of what it offers, makes her an expert in the science of Ayurveda.

As administrator and maintenance person for this site I wanted to get a good feel for her background and what she wanted for her site so I had a long conversation with her about that.
